DTF stands for Direct-to-Film. Your design is printed in full color onto a special PET film, coated with adhesive powder, and cured. You then heat press the transfer onto your garment. It works on cotton, polyester, blends, nylon — basically any fabric that can handle a heat press. No weeding, no cutting, no color limits.
The width of the film. Our 46" wide sheets give you more horizontal space for gang sheets (multiple designs on one sheet) or oversized single prints. The 22" wide is our standard format, perfect for individual transfers and smaller production runs. Same quality ink and film on both.
Nope. Zero minimums across all products. Need one 22"x24" transfer? Done. Need fifty 46" gang sheets? Also done. We built this business for hustlers who need flexibility, not corporate bulk requirements.
Standard DTF transfers: 305°F for 15 seconds at medium pressure, peel warm. Glitter and Glow transfers may vary slightly — we include specific instructions with every order. A quality heat press makes all the difference. Household irons won't cut it.
When pressed correctly, our DTF transfers hold up through 50+ washes without cracking, peeling, or fading. Turn the garment inside out, wash cold, tumble dry low. Treat it right and it'll outlast the shirt it's on.
We're based in Virginia. All orders are printed and shipped from our Virginia shop. East coast orders typically arrive in 2-4 business days, west coast 4-6. We ship nationwide.
